Purpose:
The purpose of the NNESHRM Mentor Program is to pair experienced and trusted advisors with new risk management professionals. This will be accomplished through a semi-structured but flexible program designed to support the mentor and mentee's goals and objectives, establish checkpoints to monitor progress, and end with a collective reflection of the benefits and suggestions for program improvement.
Applications:
Applications will be reviewed at each membership committee meeting, and the chair will communicate with the applicant within one week following the meeting.
Email completed applications to [email protected].
